About you:

You will have worked in the travel industry in a senior or management role, you will enjoy dealing with more upmarket and tailored itineraries and the ability to manage a small team to success. Ideally you will be ambitious, proactive and driven with a genuine passion for travel. This company prides itself on the exceptional levels of customer service they offer, building relationships with customers, you should be enthusiastic and have a flair for 'thinking outside the box' . Responsibilities:

Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets across Tour operator, Specialist and third party retailed products to exceed P&L targets
Set clear team goals and KPIs
Drive store productivity to optimum level
Ensure that the highest level of customer service is always offered
Monitor team performance, report on required KPI's and effectively address underperformance
Identify training needs within the team and work with the training team to ensure that each team member has a personal development plan to develop their soft skills, sales skills and product knowledge in accordance with business and store needs
