Registered Care Manager North London - Salary to £50000 depending on Experience

The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit Registered Care Manager to join our team the in North London area.

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for 2 premises, providing Support living and Residential Service. A relevant Health or Social Care Management Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills required.

Experience and Skills: Registered Care Manager

* Good understanding of Social Care and Accommodation Services.

* Inspire the team of dedicated care professionals

* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.

* Ensure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety

* Ability to support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs

* Provide the delivery of high-quality, care services.

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

* Calm, confident manner and a flexible approach
