Property Consultant - Job Description

Property Consultant - What you'll be doing:

* Dealing with customer enquiries on the telephone and by email

* Conducting viewings for sales and lettings

* Register clients' details on our CRM system

* Assessing clients' specific needs by being an excellent listener

* Looking after a manageable portfolio of clients and matching with suitable properties

* Arranging viewings with Vendors, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants while managing the office diary

* Obtaining viewing feedback and sharing with relevant parties

* Assisting Property Management Team with inspections, checks and maintenance

* Up selling additional services such as mortgages and insurances

* Administrative duties such as anti-money laundering checks & referencing checks

* Comfortable with personal business generation

* Social media posting

* Ordering office stationery

Property Consultant - Skills Needed:

* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
