Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an Estimator with new build and refurbishment construction experience.

Our client is a Construction Contractor, specialising in the commercial and industrial sectors and this a great opportunity to grow with an expanding and ambitious business.

Main Duties:

* Assist in administration and management of costs and contracts relating to projects.

* All aspects of work from the initial tender to final account and close out.

* Measure, record & value work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules and procedures.

* Review weekly, monthly, section programmes of works.

* Plan commercial activities to meet requirements of section programmes.

* Understand delay and disruption programmes.

* Collect information required to specify procurement requirements.

* Record and document information including registration of interest.

Essential Criteria:

* Relevant Degree

* Experience within Construction

* Experience delivering projects up to 10 million +

* Great communication and management skills

Package:

* Basic Salary £55,000 - £60,000 DOE

* 25 days holiday + plus bank holidays
