They are looking for someone who has previous product specialist experience, as well as someone who has excellent communication skills!

Product Support Specialist Duties:

• Dealing with incoming calls from customers
• Making outbound calls when needed
• Create service reports
• Working closely with the scheduling team and service desk team
• Offering advice to the customers when needed
