Their supportive and collaborative environment offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.The RoleDepartment: Construction PQE: NQ – 3+ years Our client is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Construction Solicitor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience running their own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with cases. The role requires providing high-quality, commercial advice to a variety of clients including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and construction professionals.About YouEssential Experience:- Managing own caseload while assisting senior associates and partners.- Delivering commercial, client-focused advice to developers and construction professionals.- Experience in contentious construction matters, including adjudications and TCC work.- Strong client relationship management skills.- Strong academic record, with a minimum of a 2:1 degree classification.Desirable Experience:- Exposure to non-contentious construction matters.- Business development experience.- Presentation skills.
