Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: £36,000

Hours per week: 40

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring a fun and nurturing environment through positive outdoor experiences and free flow play.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a nursery setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision, budget management, and curriculum development.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the nursery operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with parents and families, building strong relationships and providing support and guidance as needed.
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and staff
