Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour, Inc benefits

Financial Administrator - 3 months initially 

The role would involve supporting the firm’s financial advisers and clients. You will be an important part of the team working within the administrative function specialising in back office and client support. Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, this would suit someone who likes being busy and a challenging environment.

  • Inputting data and keeping the company’s CRM up to date
  • Providing administrative support to the advisers which includes preparing financial planning reports, suitability reports, investment proposals, generating offers in various insurance quotation systems
  • Dealing with clients’ enquiries
  • Processing new business applications
  • Liaising with different financial institutions and partners of the company
  • Preparing investment proposals and other preparatory tasks for prospective client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Other administrative tasks that may be required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an IFA or financial services environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
