The Role

As a Teacher of Humanities, you will:

* Deliver high-quality lessons in History and RE to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 teaching may also be available for the right candidate).

* Inspire students with creative and engaging teaching strategies, fostering a love for learning in Humanities subjects.

* Plan and deliver a curriculum that meets national standards and enables all students to achieve their potential.

* Use data and assessment to inform teaching and ensure progress for all learners, including SEND and high-achieving students.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Have a strong academic background and subject knowledge in History and Religious Education.

* Be an innovative and reflective practitioner committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, fostering an environment where every student can thrive.

* Be a team player who contributes positively to the department and wider school.
