In this role, you will support a variety of advertisers, providing personalized assistance and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work as part of the Client Concierge team, delivering expert post-sales support, troubleshooting, and customer service to advertisers and agencies.


Job Overview

As an Advertising Sales Representative, you'll be part of a team of top sales professionals dedicated to supporting Czech-speaking clients. Your role involves actively developing and managing client relationships, offering customized advertising solutions, and finding new sales opportunities within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll engage with clients in both Czech and English, supporting them to achieve business growth.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement & Sales Development
    • Proactively contact new and existing clients (advertisers and agencies) through calls, chats, and emails to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Provide tailored advertising solutions that align with each client's business goals.
    • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, developing strategies to increase their revenue.
  2. Consultative Sales Approach
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to consultative sales, understanding client needs to offer effective solutions.
    • Prioritize outreach based on insights into clients' needs and market nuances, delivering customized experiences.
  3. Client Education & Optimization
    • Help clients understand the full range of advertising products, including performance measurement tools, and advise on optimal product use.
    • Continually assess and optimize product performance for each client through proactive engagement.
  4. Knowledge Development & Sharing
    • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of client business models across different industries and local market trends.
    • Share insights, feedback, and success stories to help improve advertising products and the client experience.
    • Collaborate with team members, learning and teaching to enhance customer service and ad product functionality.
  5. Troubleshooting & Post-Sales Support
    • Provide pre- and post-sales support across all advertising products, ensuring clients feel supported at each stage.
    • Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver insights that enhance product value and client satisfaction.
  6. Insight Collection & Problem Solving
    • Identify common challenges and trends to inform product improvements.
    • Use feedback to develop impactful client recommendations and refine advertising strategies for success.
