Mechanical Assembler

Salary: £32,500 per annum (£16.90 per hour)
Overtime: £25.30 per hour (Available 7:00 - 8:00 Mon - Fri, 12:30 - 5:00 Fri, plus weekend work available)
Location: 10-minute drive from Uxbridge
Hours: 37-hour week (Mon to Thurs 8:00 - 17:00, Fri 8:00 - 12:00)
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, fantastic pension scheme, 1.5x overtime pay

Mechanical Assembler Duties:
Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

Assembling complex mechanical sub-assemblies to exact specifications (M3+ bolts) 

Using a variety of hand tools such as ratchets, sockets, torque wrenches, pliers, hex keys, and screwdrivers

Conducting self-inspections to ensure top-tier quality in every assembly

Working with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) for basic data entry and tracking

What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Skilled in the use of various hand tools to carry out precise mechanical work

Basic computer skills with MRP/ERP experience being highly advantageous
