Hourly Rate: £19.50

Rotation of day and night Shifts

Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be flexible to cover both day and night shifts. As a Registered General Nurse (Adult) with nursing home experience, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents with general nursing and dementia care needs.

Qualifications
  • RGN qualification with current NMC registration
  • Prior experience working in a nursing home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents

  • collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • conducting regular assessments and monitoring resident's conditions
  • communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
