The Role

•Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.

•Dealing with your own case load but also working on major projects

•Management of key clients and major development project work.

• Delivering training and managing juniors / team goals and plans.

The Person:

•Appropriate experience in development and investment - technical excellence

•Experience in a development role

•Strong technical skills

•Ability to produce high quality work

•Aptitude for intellectually demanding work

•Ambition, drive and with a real interest in CRM

•Able to work hard and deliver inspiring results

•Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
