Key Responsibilities:

Caseload Management: Handle and prioritize your own projects.
Client Service: Deliver high-quality work and bespoke advice.
Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage applications; generate reports.
Project Management: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and manage project meetings.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients, Planning Officers, and other stakeholders.
Team Support: Assist team members and share workload.
Administration: Manage budgets, time recording, and invoicing.Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications: Ideally MRTPI qualified n.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, IT, and Microsoft Office skills.
