My client, an increasingly successful printing services company, are seeking to hire a candidate to join their small but busy warehouse team. The role will essentially be a mixture of varied warehouse work and weekly delivery driving. A standard driving licence is required.

• Salary £15,124
• 3 days a week. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour lunch break. Days of the week to be Tue,Wed,Thur or Wed,Thur,Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, receive, and dispatch goods.
• Pick, pack, store, and deliver goods.

Objectives:

• Ensure efficient goods movement are complete.

Duties:

• Check goods condition and quantity.
• Verify against purchase orders.
• Book goods into correct locations.
• Dispatch goods correctly.
• Follow ISO procedures.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks.
• Operate forklift.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
• Conduct stock takes as needed.
• Maintain warehouse as instructed.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Communication:

• Report to Warehouse Manager.
• Interact with CDP staff, customers, delivery drivers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO routines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Forklift Operator’s Certificate.
• Understanding of height regulations.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices and safety.
• Manual handling training.
