Working for a global distribution business at one of their main UK sites. You'll be joining a large technical in-house team.

As IT Senior Service Analyst, you will support users across the globe, providing a high level of service with a customer-centric approach.

Experience to succeed:

Minimum of 4 years working in this role or similar
Active Directory, Windows 10, Intune, Office 365, GPO, SCCM
Scripting with PowerShell
Worked in an ITIL driven, fast-paced, environment
Running Backups and Restores
Strong people and communication skills
