An outstanding secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Religious Studies (RS) Teacher for a temporary position starting immediately after the Easter holidays until 26th May 2025, in the first instance.

Role Details:

Position: Religious Studies Teacher (Temporary)

Start Date: Immediately after Easter

End Date: 26th May 2025 (with the possibility of extension)

Key Stages: Up to Key Stage 5 (A-Level)

School: Ofsted-rated Outstanding

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Must be available to start immediately

Experience teaching Religious Studies at KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5

Strong subject knowledge with the ability to plan, deliver, and mark engaging and thought-provoking lessons

A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

This role includes full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, and assessment, so candidates must be confident and well-prepared to hit the ground running.
