You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
- Being first point of contact for business customers
- Responding to customers in a timely manor
- Answering, investigating and resolving queries and complaints
- Record interractions on systems
- Delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company's preceeding reputation
Successful candidates must be:
- Highly engaging and professional with strong customer service skills
- An exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
- A Strong team player (culture is at the heart of the company)
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated
