You will be responsible for:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
• Being first point of contact for business customers
• Responding to customers in a timely manor
• Answering, investigating and resolving queries and complaints
• Record interractions on systems
• Delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company's preceeding reputation

Successful candidates must be:

• Highly engaging and professional with strong customer service skills
• An exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
