Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer (with directorship/shareholding potential) - W. London - £90-100k + Shares & Bonus

We’re working with a long established, multi-generational Property Business based in West London.

As a result of growth, structural changes and potential succession planning, they now seek a highly experienced Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer to help restructure, develop and lead the business through its ongoing evolution as follows:

• Working out of a West London office base with part home working once settled
• Professionally accredited/qualified with 10 years high level accounting experience (ideally working at board level)
• Remit to work alongside directors/shareholders to review current business model and implement changes/restructuring to maximise efficiencies, drive growth and improve bottom line.
• Review and re-order current accounting function, including all staff, their duties and office systems
• Liaison with external auditors, HMRC etc.
• Risk and compliance management
• Innovate and strategize with a view to realising business and shareholder objectives, enabling those members of the existing board nearing retirement to plan for succession
• Shareholding and profit share available

Suitable Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer applicants will come from a stable career background with a proven track record of improving the process and profitability of businesses.

Whilst our client is a successful Property Business, suitable Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer applicants from other sectors are encouraged to apply if they bring the required skillset and innovative mindset.

Remuneration for the successful Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer will start at up to £100k basic with shareholding and bonus potential.
