Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Aseptic Assistant to join an NHS hospital in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in aseptic preparation, to contribute to the smooth running of pharmacy services in a busy hospital environment. The position is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension, starting in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the aseptic services within the pharmacy department.
Ensure the safe preparation of medications in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Work collaboratively with pharmacy teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment to support safety and efficiency.
Accurately dispense medications and maintain thorough records.

Requirements:

Experience as an ATO in aseptic services within a pharmacy setting.
Knowledge of GMP and aseptic techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to commit to Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM working hours.
