Sales order process/administration person
We are a leading specialist in industrial labelling solutions, based in Welwyn Garden City. Known for innovation and customer focus, we deliver market-leading solutions to customers in the UK and internationally.
Now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented sales order processor/administrator to support the sales team and ensure smooth sales processes.
Customer Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for all customers, both potential and existing.
Customer Communication: Respond promptly to all enquiries, both domestic and international, while delivering exceptional service.
Product Expertise: Maintain detailed knowledge of all labelling products. Comprehensive training will be provided to enable the candidate to confidently recommend and discuss Silver Fox products.
Enquiry Management: Handle customer enquiries, clarify product requirements, and ensure the purchaser's needs are met.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with customers, and provide support throughout the purchasing process.
Order Processing: Efficiently review purchase orders, shipping documentation, and export certifications.
Reporting: Track and report sales KPIs to support directors in making informed decisions.
Courier Management: Coordinate international courier collections.
Required Skills and Qualities for Sales Administrator:
* Sales order processing
* Deal with enquires
* Preparing quotations and follow up on quotations
* Clear concise detail oriented person
* Sage experience preferred
* Should have CRM experience
* Good organisational skills. and must have an eye for detail.
* Team player with a can-do, collaborative attitude.
* A problem solver focused on finding solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in a B2B technical or engineering environment.
* Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP software for order processing.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Capable of working independently while being a team player.

* Permanent full-time contract (Monday-Friday).Salary: £26,000-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
