The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for all students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a dynamic educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Support classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
- Help track and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Facilitate small group or one-on-one instruction under teacher guidance.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support teaching and learning.
About You: We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to contribute to student development. The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent (Specify any required certifications).
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
