Legal Cashier/Legal Accounts Assistant-Permanent

The Firm:

A successful specialist law firm, established for over 10 years.

The role:

• Experience using Proclaim (Desirable).
• Responsible for allocating client receipts and identifying what they represent.
• Identifying unallocated funds
• Processing Bills and Client to Office Transfers
• Dealing with residual client balances
• Running of internal reports for month end/general housekeeping of accounts

The ideal candidate:

• 3 + years experience as a Legal Cashier (desirable)
• Experience using Proclaim (desirable)
• Knowledge of PI cases
