Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects, providing professional advice and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard surveying services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the consultancy's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct building surveys, inspections, and reports for a variety of properties.

* Provide expert advice on building defects, maintenance, and refurbishment.

* Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration.

* Assist in project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

* Advise clients on property-related legislation, regulations, and sustainability.

* Carry out dilapidation assessments and party wall matters.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

* MRICS Chartered status is essential.

* Proven experience working on a variety of projects within a consultancy setting.

* Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and industry standards.

* Excellent report writing and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

* Proficiency in relevant surveying software and Microsoft Office.

* Full UK driving license (if required for site visits).
