Are you an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to lead on your own scheme with a leading residential developer?

About the Role:
In this position, you will oversee a large, RC Frame development, ensuring that every detail is managed with precision from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and contractors to ensure cost-effective planning and execution of our developments.
Procure packages from groundworks through to fit out.
Utilise skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management to drive project success and profitability.
Conduct thorough analyses of project specifications, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate forecasts and comprehensive reports.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing while fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential cost overruns and implementing effective solutions.
Manage junior members of the teamWhat you need:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a residential contractor/developer background.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Excel, and project management systems.
