• Leading and guiding a team of auditors
• Ensuring all audit tasks are completed to a high standard
• Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Reviewing financial statements and audit issues effectively
• Managing and developing team members
• Upholding and promoting the company's high standards of practice
• Implementing and improving audit processes
• Reporting directly to the Audit Manager
