Facilities Manager

South Ruislip, Middlesex

£45,000 + Pension + Parking

An experienced Facilities Manager is required to manage the up keep of retail properties based throughout the UK

Some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring that all properties are maintained and kept in a high standard of repair

- Developing and managing property facility maintenance plans and schedules

- Planning and preparing budgets for maintenance and capital development works

- Ensuring that all works are completed in a timely manner to minimise business interruption

- Managing internal teams and external Contractors ensuring H&S compliance

- Undertaking accident/incident investigations when they arise and taking appropriate action
