A welcoming primary school in Nottingham (NG5) is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2025. The school are looking to interview asap.

About the Role:
This rewarding position focuses on providing 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with additional needs. You'll play a vital role in ensuring their academic and emotional development, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to create a tailored learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer dedicated 1:1 support, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Assist the pupil with accessing classroom activities and meeting learning objectives.
Provide personal care and promote independence as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs, and parents to implement and adapt strategies for success.
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback on the pupil's development.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
