Our client is now looking for an experience Paralegal with 6 months experience ideally working within a Residential Property Team to join a highly established High Street Law Firm

Summary

* Previous Experience: Previously worked within a Residential Property Department

The duties will include:
* Supporting Residential Conveyancing Partners and Solicitors
* Ad hoc duties
* Drafting documents
* Dealing with client enquires, and third parties.
* Carrying out searches
* Dealing with SDLT, Land Registry, AP1 etc
