I am working with a leading national House Builder who is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver residential projects throughout the Southern region.

Overview:

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Basingstoke. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to new build residential developments where your focus will be to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing subcontractor packages
Subcontractor negotiation
Cost value reconciliation
Producing cost reports
Subcontractor payments / processing applications for payments
Valuations
Variations
Final accounts

Experience:

Degree qualification
Strong commercial awareness
Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor or Residential House Builder (Resi experience)
Delivering Residential projects
