A London Construction Consultancy are looking to expand their Project Management team by bringing in a proactive Project Manager.

The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will work on a mixture of commercial based projects, including remodelling, new builds, refurbishments, and fit out schemes.

The new Project Manager will be responsible for taking projects from design / pre contract right through to handover and completion with the appropriate supervision.

Role: Project Manager

Projects: Commercial, office, CAT A and CAT B, fit out

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years project management experience

* Worked within a construction consultancy environment

* MRICS or working towards

* Commercial / fit out project experience

In Return: £55,000 - £70,000 + Package + WFH option
