Pay - £140-£235

Hours - 8am - 3.30PM

About the School: 

Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Farnborough seeking a committed and ambitious Computer Science Teacher to join their excellent team. The school is eager to appoint a dedicated professional who can teach Key Stage 3 and 4 Computing, offering a full-time, long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate. The school is a mixed Secondary School in Farnborough catering to students aged 11 to 16, with approximately 800 students. The school has received a Good Ofsted rating and boasts a supportive Senior Leadership Team that is deeply committed to the school's values.

About the role:

The role will be full time covering all areas of Computing in Key Stage 3 and 4. This full-time role includes teaching all elements of Computing with dedicated time allowed for planning and marking. We are looking for a candidate with excellent subject knowledge across all areas of Computing, strong classroom management skills, and a positive approach to teaching and building relationships.

The ideal candidate will:

Have recent experience teaching in UK Schools
Be a committed team player
Proven track record of raising attainment
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
Be able to deliver science in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
