We're working to appoint a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager, for a North West based house builder who build a lovely product in desirable location.

Operating throughout the North West - predominantly Lancashire & Greater Manchester - the business is a well established, privately owned & highly respected builder of family homes.

They've enjoyed a strong few years delivering numbers in excess of expectations but now need to ensure land keeps up through the back-end, to allow delivery to keep up with demand.

They require an ambitious individual who has a proven track record of acquiring strategic land but also for immediate development.

Reporting to an existing and established Land Director, responsibilities include;

Identifying, assessing and acquiring land for residential development
Pursuing & progressing potential opportunities
Helping to deliver and manage the business plan & land strategy.

You'll be an experienced, highly-connected and respected Land Manager or Senior Land Manager in the North West region.
Preferably you'll be strong in the geographical areas of Merseyside, West & North Lancashire but other areas would be advantageous and considered
