Our client is seeking a Customer Support Agent for their dynamic office in Goring-on-Thames. Working within a diverse team, this position would be ideal for candidates who are team-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a vibrant office environment.
The role:
- Handling customer queries via phone and email
- Offering support and resolving issues.
- Processing orders.
- Serving as the first point of contact for both customers and clients.
Skills and qualifications:
This role is best suited to an organised, customer focussed person who enjoys building relationships and helping to resolve issues. The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as a confident phone manner
- Organised and detail orientated to make sure customer information and records are always correct and up to date
- Previous experience within a customer focussed role, ideally in retail or e-commerce
- Passion for helping people and providing an outstanding service
- Strong team work ethic
- Drive to grow and progress as there will be opportunities to move up within the business
