About the Role

Loyal Blue Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Bank Staff to work in early years settings across East London. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work. Whether you want full-time hours, part-time work, or just occasional shifts, we can offer opportunities that fit around your schedule.

You will be working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, supporting nurseries where needed. The role involves:

* Assisting nursery staff with daily activities and routines

* Creating a fun and safe environment for the children

* Helping set up and tidy learning spaces

* Supporting play-based learning and care

What We're Looking For

* Ideally Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years (but not essential)

* Experience working with young children (either paid or voluntary)

* Reliable, adaptable, and hands-on approach

* Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment
