What You'll Be Doing:

Prize Selection: Pick the hottest fishing gear that will get our audience excited.

Ticket & Odds Calculation: Calculate odds and set ticket prices for maximum engagement using our software.

Content Creation: Design awesome graphics for each prize and create eye-catching content for our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Social Media Magic: Manage our social media, chat with customers, and grow our online community.

Ad Management: Create and manage ads using Meta's Ad Manager to drive more interest - training can be provided.

Website Updates: Add new competitions and product details to our competition site, including images - training can be provided.

Customer Engagement: Keep our fans updated with texts, emails, and live event coverage.

Prize Fulfillment: Organise prize orders, handle payments, and track winners.

Marketing & Growth: Boost the brand, engage our audience, and help grow our Facebook group.

What We're Looking For:

• A creative individual with an eye for detail.

• Strong organisational skills - you can handle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.

• A social media enthusiast who knows how to engage audiences.

• Confidence to take ownership of your role and make it your own.

• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Meta's Ad Manager, Klaviyo, and Xero is a plus (but not essential - we can train you!).
