Description

• Oversee the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
• Conduct analysis and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
• Manage organisational cash flow and forecasting
• Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the company's financial status
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices
• Improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual
• Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the board of directors

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field
• Proven experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry
• Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting software
