Our client's team based in Ringwood is seeking French-speaking Customer Care Advisors on a temporary basis, to provide outstanding customer care.
As the first point of contact for a diverse range of products, you will address queries and manage product-related complaints with empathy and professionalism.
You will work within a multi-skilled team, collaborating with subject matter experts and quality specialists to ensure customers receive the highest standard of service while adhering to company procedures.
This role requires fluency in French, strong English communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a genuine desire to assist consumers with care and friendliness.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in French
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of consumers
- Strong ownership of customer journeys, providing personalised solutions to resolve queries
- Proficiency in IT

Operational Days and Hours:
Please note - the client's operational hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm across two shifts. This role is temporary for up to 90 days.
Training and Development:
Comprehensive training will be provided, including all necessary systems and processes, along with ongoing support throughout the project. You will receive a full company induction covering essential areas such as data protection and soft skills training.
