Interim Finance Transformation Lead – 6-Month ContractWe are exclusively partnered with a dynamic financial services firm based in West London that is undergoing a significant finance transformation. With the groundwork already in motion, they are now seeking an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Lead to help drive change and enhance financial processes.The Role This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the finance transformation strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Redesigning and optimizing financial processes across the business.
• Enhancing controls and best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to implement process improvements.
• Supporting the transition to a more automated and data-driven finance function.
• Overseeing financial workflows from O2C through FP&A and reporting.

While this role is heavily focused on process improvement and controls, you will also work alongside system specialists to ensure technology supports transformation goals.The Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in finance transformation, financial control, or finance change.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or brokerage environments.
• Proven ability to assess, design, and implement process improvements within a finance function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering at a senior level.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CAANZ, or equivalent) is desirable.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (potential extension based on workload)
• Day Rate: £500 - £700 (inside IR35)
• Location: West London
• Office Requirement: 4 days per week on-site
