About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic Finance team, supporting financial operations and ensuring smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, supplier payments, and staff expenses.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve disputes.
Produce sales invoices and monitor aged debtor arrears.
Assist with consignment accounting, settlements, and grower payments.
Post and reconcile credit card transactions and journal entries.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, sales summaries, and cash-flow forecasts.
Maintain the fixed assets register and assist with audits.
Support process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects.

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch speaker (required).
Bachelor's degree or working towards an accounting qualification (AAT).
2-5 years of experience (or equivalent skills).
