We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems within a high-profile building.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services.
* Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
* Work within a team to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide a high level of service.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Strong building services maintenance experience.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and general mechanical systems.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
