About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our Year 3 to Year 6 students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire a love for learning and help each child reach their full potential. You will be expected to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to participate. Your ability to adapt your teaching methods to cater to the varying needs and abilities of your students will be essential. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to encourage student participation and engagement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices.
