They are seeking a Transactions Manager to join their London office to support their London Capital Markets Partners. THE ROLE

As a Transaction Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks supporting transactions across the Capital Markets team. This position is a growth opportunity designed to expand the team's expertise, complementing the existing role currently held by one team member.

Duties include:

  • Working across the Capital Markets team and providing support on cross border transactions in a client facing role.
  • Dealing with complex matter management, supporting multiple streams, including coordinating on listing processes and managing CPs/closings etc.
  • Preparing for transaction milestones.
  • Conducting research on legal developments.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of practice notes and standard forms.
  • Drafting presentations and legal updates.
  • Preparing document bundles.
  • Providing general administrative support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Substantial matter management or transactional coordination and client facing experience in professional services, markets infrastructure, corporates, fund or similar.
  • Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects.
  • Strong professional presence with a client service focus
  • Team player, proactive, resourceful, takes initiative
