Site Manager

Hampshire (Travel & lodge required)

(£50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits)

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a small/medium sized, up and coming growing refurbishment and fit out contractor based in the West Midlands.

Due to this growth and success they are now looking to add to the team with a permanent Site Manager to work on a number of new and future projects secured.

They are looking for someone who has refurbishment and fit out experience working within a number of different sectors including: Care Homes, Hotels, and Offices. Due to the nature of some of these sectors you must be prepared to travel and lodge as required. They are looking for someone to manage a Hotel refurbishment in New Milton, Hampshire so ideally looking for someone with experience within this sector.

You will have a relevant construction trade background together with the usual construction certs such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. In return you can expect an attractive basic salary and package together with the chance to work with a contractor that is growing allowing future opportunities for career progression.
