Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of multiple projects, from the delivery of rate-capable solutions to ensuring product quality and process efficiency. You will work closely with operations leaders, programme management, and customers to support the delivery of world-class manufacturing solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Apply engineering knowledge to interpret and meet engineering design requirements.
Support the design, installation, and commissioning of production solutions and equipment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and cut costs.
Review and assess process data to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
Provide technical training to operations teams and support process optimization.
Conduct process development trials and testing in line with DoE methodologies. 
Manufacturing Engineer
Essential Skills/ Qualifications

A HND or degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical subject.
Proven experience in delivering complex manufacturing solutions across multiple disciplines, such as machining, surface treatments, and assembly.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing system design, including discrete event simulation.
Strong experience working in cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization using Lean Six Sigma principles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
