We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team to work across the London Underground Estate. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Undertake the planned and Reactive duties as directed by the Mechanical Supervisor, providing technical support and assistance as required. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £57,000 Per Annum.

Duties

* Undertake planned maintenance activities and asset servicing to SFG20 standards ensuring all checks and tasks are completed satisfactorily

* To carry out mechanical remedial works

* To attend and rectify mechanical faults.

* To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules

* Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner

* Production of technical and situational reports as required

* Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be always compliant with its contractual obligations

* Troubleshoot and repair faults in gas systems using appropriate tools and techniques.

* Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for assembly and installation tasks.

Requirements

* Full UK Driving Licence

* London Underground certification is required to access all areas of the estate, candidates upon successful application shall be expected to achieve the desired level of accreditation as required

* JIB-PMES approved

* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 - Minimum- (Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing)

* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3: - Preferred- (Heating & Ventilation/ Plumbing)

* Hold both Domestic and Commercial Gas qualifications.

LOCATIONS: London TFL Estate

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 Hour shifts (6am-6pm)

SALARY: £53,000 - £57,000
