ML39 - Receptionist.Salary: Circa £18 Pounds Per Hour.Location: London (W2)Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Duty Manager on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly, ensuring accurate message-taking and forwarding.
• Manage visitor sign-in and security protocols through the Paddington portal, ensuring compliance with building policies. 
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times. Administrative support
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries, organising and distributing items promptly.

• Manage meeting room calendars and coordinate bookings, ensuring rooms are set up for meetings and cleared and reset promptly after use.
  ·
• Coordinate and arrange lunches for scheduled events or meetings, ensuring timely delivery and accommodating dietary preferences.

• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  ·
• When necessary, provide support to EA to CEO, CFO and Board, as well as to the Office Manager.

Skills and qualifications:

• Whilst prior experience in a similar front-of-house role within a professional service, corporate, or military setting is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided
