An established construction business is seeking a freelance Supervisor to support a Strip Out project on an Office building in Birmingham city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 trades staff on site.

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of trades staff on site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor progress of the strip out project and report to the clients Site Manager
Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
Maintain records of work completed and materials used

Required Qualifications:

CSCS certification
SSSTS certification
First Aid certification

Experience:

Prior experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of strip out processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional health and safety certifications
Previous experience in managing strip out projects

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on a construction site in Birmingham city centre. The candidate must be willing to work full-time hours and be available for the duration of the contract.
