?We are currently working in partnership with an Academy Trust based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Safeguarding Admin on a temporary 8-week contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.

?The ideal candidate will Experience of working in a secondary school administration setting, with any experience of safeguarding

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Support with reviewing safeguarding documents and ensuring safeguarding documents are accessible

• Provide administrative support related to safeguarding training delivery and compliance

• Keep safeguarding records and systems up to date and accurate

• Support the safeguarding team with administrative tasks related to Designated Safeguarding Leads

• Support completion of safeguarding referrals and referrals to external agencies

• To have a working knowledge of safeguarding systems (preferably CPOMs) and data entry

• To support with day-to-day administrative tasks relating to safeguarding
