Are you an experienced welder looking for an immediate start? Do you have a passion for working with heavy goods vehicles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, a fast-growing HGV Engineering company, is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for removing old pieces of metal and welding new components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

This is a temporary to permanent position, offering an hourly rate of £15 to £16. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a finish time of 4pm on Fridays. Overtime opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities:

Remove old pieces of metal from HGVsWeld new components as per specificationsEnsure the highest standard of quality and precision in welding proceduresMaintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a MIG WelderProficient in MIG welding techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent problem-solving skills
